Are these one-time prices?

Yes. The Essential and Business prices are one-time project prices. Ongoing maintenance and applicable third-party costs are separate as described above.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is included under the agreed annual maintenance plan for Essential and Business. Domain renewals and third-party subscriptions may be charged separately, depending on your setup.

How long will my website take?

The indicative timelines are 7 days for Essential and 15 days for Business. Growth timelines depend on the agreed scope. Timelines also depend on receiving the required content, assets and feedback.

Can I request features beyond a package?

Yes. We can discuss additional pages, functionality and integrations. Any extra work will be assessed for feasibility and agreed upon separately before it is included.

What if my industry isn't listed?

A CLEAR AGREEMENT

Terms & Conditions

Clear expectations help every project run smoothly. The following terms apply to website projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

A 50% advance is payable before project work begins. The remaining 50% is payable before the website launch, unless a different payment schedule is agreed in writing.

Project Scope

Each package covers the agreed deliverables. Additional pages, features, integrations or major changes may involve extra charges and timeline adjustments, which will be discussed before proceeding.

Timelines & Client Inputs

Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on the agreed scope, timely receipt of content and assets, and feedback or approvals from the client.

Third-Party Costs

Domain renewals, paid plugins, premium themes, third-party subscriptions and other services are charged separately unless explicitly included in the agreed proposal.

Ownership & Handover

Upon completion and settlement of all outstanding payments, the client retains ownership of the agreed website deliverables, domain and client-provided content, subject to applicable third-party licence terms.

Maintenance & Support

Ongoing maintenance is governed by the selected maintenance plan. Requests outside its agreed scope may incur additional charges. Hosting and backup arrangements follow the agreed plan and configuration.

Final project terms, inclusions and payment arrangements will be documented in the agreed proposal or quotation.
